If you don't wish to upload any photos, that's absolutely fine.

I give consent for mine (or my child's) photo to be used by The Brace Place for marketing purposes, including social media and website use.

If, once we have reviewed your answers and photos, we feel you do not need to be seen for an appointment, then we will send an appointment out 12 months from having the brace removed for a final retainer review.

Important things to remember:

  • Teeth move for life, and retainers are the only way to reduce this and maintain treatment results.
  • Continue wearing retainers at night.
  • Contact us ASAP if you have any issues or concerns with the retainers before you are due for your final appointment.
